The 108TNB12R series places M12-format N-type TOPCon cells into a more compact 108-cell, 6 × 18 half-cut layout. Six official power classes cover 510–535 Wp, while efficiency increases from 22.89% to 24.01%.

Its 1965 × 1134 mm footprint allows designers to combine high module efficiency with a smaller physical format than the 132-cell M12 families. The G2G assembly uses 2.0 mm front and rear glass, supports double-sided energy generation and carries mechanical ratings of 2400 Pa for wind and 5400 Pa for snow.

This combination is relevant where usable area, module handling and installed power density must be balanced. At 27.80 kg, the module may be practical for commercial rooftops, compact ground-mounted projects and elevated structures, subject to structural and mounting-system approval.

Engineering / Selection Notes

  • The 15.40 A maximum Imp and 16.25 A maximum front-side Isc should be checked against inverter MPPT limits. The official 10% reference increases Isc to 17.88 A for CWT535-108TNB12R.
  • Review cold-condition string voltage using the −0.25%/°C Voc coefficient.
  • Rear-side contribution depends on clearance, surface reflectance and obstruction. A tightly mounted module over an opaque roof should not be modelled like an elevated open-back array.
