The 144TNB10 series is a 590–620 Wp N-type TOPCon module family built around 144 half-cut cells in a 6 × 24 configuration. Seven model classes allow procurement and design teams to select the required power bin without compressing the complete range into a generic specification.

Module efficiency extends from 22.84% to 24.00%. The bifacial G2G construction uses 2.0 mm front and rear glass, while the official sheet states a bifaciality rate of 80% ±5. The series also combines 1500 V DC compatibility, positive power tolerance, an IP68 junction box and published mechanical resistance of 2400 Pa wind and 5400 Pa snow load.

At 2278 × 1134 × 35 mm and 33.0 kg, the module provides high installed power while remaining narrower than the M12 utility-format products above. This makes it relevant to large commercial and industrial arrays where roof geometry, access paths, structural loading and inverter input limits must be coordinated at design stage.

Engineering / Selection Notes

  • Complete a structural review before using the 33 kg modules on roofs, canopies or carports. Review dead load, uplift, snow zones, access paths and mounting-point locations.
  • Inverter string length should use the selected model’s Voc and the project’s minimum design temperature. MPPT current limits should include any accepted rear-side contribution.
  • Closely mounted modules over dark roof membranes may deliver limited rear-side contribution; elevated structures and lighter surfaces provide more favourable conditions.
