The 132TNB12R series combines N-type TOPCon monocrystalline technology with a 132-cell, 6 × 22 half-cut arrangement and M12-format cells. Eight official power classes span 620–655 Wp, with module efficiency increasing from 22.93% to 24.23%.

Its bifacial double-glass configuration allows the rear surface to contribute energy when the mounting environment provides sufficient reflected irradiance. The official datasheet publishes a 10% rear-side reference matrix for every model, enabling preliminary assessment of increased current and power. Final energy modelling must still reflect actual albedo, mounting height, row geometry and rear-side obstruction.

The 2382 × 1134 × 35 mm module weighs 35.95 kg and supports 1500 V DC system architecture. With Isc reaching 16.44 A under front-side ratings and 18.08 A in the published 10% rear-gain reference, inverter input-current limits, string protection and cable sizing require deliberate review.
