The 132TNB12 family is a high-output module platform developed around N-type TOPCon monocrystalline cells, an 18-busbar layout and a 132-cell half-cut configuration. Its 715–755 Wp power range enables project designers to place substantial DC capacity within each module position, supporting higher installed power density in land-constrained or balance-of-system-sensitive projects.

Module efficiency increases from 23.02% to 24.31% across the official power classes. The series combines bifacial energy generation with a glass-to-glass structure, self-cleaning anti-reflection glass, positive power tolerance and operation in 1500 V DC systems. The electrical window extends to 50.00 V Voc and 18.99 A Isc at the highest power class, making current capacity and cold-condition string voltage important inverter-selection inputs.

The 2384 × 1303 mm format is particularly relevant to large ground-mounted arrays where fewer module units per megawatt can simplify repetitive installation work. Its 34.5 kg weight and large surface area require coordinated handling, structural and tracker compatibility reviews. Rear-side contribution should be assessed from project-specific albedo, row spacing, ground clearance and shading conditions.
