C Pro Series 3 and 5 kW Single Phase Off Grid Inverters
The C Pro Series is an MPPT-based single-phase off-grid inverter family designed for projects that require higher PV input voltage, battery-management communication, and remote system visibility. Its pure sine-wave output supports conventional residential and light-commercial loads, while the selectable AC input range allows the project engineer to choose operating behaviour suited to computer equipment or broader household-appliance tolerances.
The 3 kW model uses a 24 V battery architecture and supports up to 3000 W of PV input, while the 5 kW model uses a 48 V battery system and supports up to 5000 W of PV power. Their MPPT operating windows are 60-400 V DC and 120-450 V DC respectively, enabling longer PV strings than the New Basic MPPT models.
Battery-independent operation provides additional project flexibility where PV energy is expected to support loads without a connected battery under suitable operating conditions. RS232/RS485 communication and Wi-Fi monitoring support enable integration with compatible BMS and remote-monitoring arrangements. The final supplied communication configuration should be confirmed during project specification because the official technical table lists Wi-Fi as optional.

Engineering and Selection Notes
- Confirm whether the project requires battery-connected or battery-independent operation and design the PV start/operating conditions accordingly.
- The PV string must remain inside the applicable MPPT window during operation and below the maximum open-circuit voltage under the coldest site condition.
- Select 24 V or 48 V battery architecture according to the inverter model; these battery voltages are not interchangeable.
- Confirm the supplied Wi-Fi/communication hardware and compatible battery BMS protocol before order finalisation.
- Check surge demand for motors, pumps, compressors, and transformers separately from continuous rated power.
