Three Phase 10kWe Hybrid Medium Package

This is the recommended 10 kW three-phase package for larger homes, offices, shops, clinics and small commercial properties. Its 24-panel array provides 10.32 kWp, giving the inverter a well-matched solar input without requiring the additional roof area of the 30-panel version.

The system is most effective at sites with meaningful daytime consumption, because solar energy can serve active loads while available surplus is directed to the battery. During an outage, the inverter's EPS output can support a carefully selected group of essential circuits. The published battery set should not be interpreted as ten kilowatts of continuous overnight backup: the official two-battery data gives 5.8 kW standard and 7.0 kW maximum battery power, and the final compatible battery quantity is still subject to manufacturer confirmation.

This package provides a sound commercial starting point when the customer's load profile, phase distribution and backup priorities are known. If the aim is to maximise annual solar production or recharge a larger confirmed battery bank, the 12.90 kWp version may be more appropriate.

Important Technical and Installation Notes

  • Resolve the live package's two-battery arrangement against the current Trio Hybrid K minimum-battery statement before publishing a fixed capacity or issuing a final quotation.
  • Confirm the three-phase smart meter and current-transformer set. The Uno Smart Meter shown on the live page does not match the Trio Smart Meter / current-transformer wording in the current inverter sheet.
  • The published two-battery set has lower power than the 10 kW inverter. It cannot be assumed to sustain the inverter's full nominal output from battery alone.
  • Design the backup system from the critical-load list, starting currents and required operating time. Do not connect the entire commercial distribution board to EPS by default.
  • Confirm the final battery quantity, BMS and communications accessories, battery cables and protection, EPS board, switching, neutral and earthing design.
  • Tile-roof hardware must be replaced for any other installation surface.
  • Complete minimum-temperature string-voltage, MPPT-current, cable-loss and connector checks before confirming the module layout.
  • Verify utility rules for grid connection, export or zero-export operation.
  • Complete structural, waterproofing, wind, snow, fire-access, earthing, lightning and surge-protection checks.

  • Destination country and project address or coordinates
  • Recent electricity bills and interval load data, where available
  • Grid phase, voltage, frequency, contracted power and main-breaker rating
  • Daytime, evening and weekend consumption pattern
  • Load distribution across phases
  • List of motors, pumps, compressors, refrigeration and other equipment with starting currents
  • Separate list of essential backup loads and required operating duration
  • Roof type, dimensions, orientation, inclination and structural condition
  • Roof and site photographs showing shading, access and equipment locations
  • Cable distances between panels, inverter, battery area, main board and EPS board
  • Whether grid export is permitted or zero-export operation is required
  • Local grid-code, utility-approval and certification requirements
  • Existing earthing, lightning and surge-protection arrangement
  • Proposed inverter and battery location, ventilation, access and ambient-temperature range
