This package uses the same 6 kW single-phase hybrid inverter and battery platform as the 6.02 kWp version, but increases the solar array to 16 panels and 6.88 kWp. The additional panel capacity is useful for properties with higher daytime electricity use, weaker winter irradiation or a greater need to recharge the battery after overnight consumption.
The solar array is approximately 15% larger than the inverter's rated AC output. This is a deliberate design choice: the inverter may limit short periods of peak production in ideal conditions, while the larger array can improve energy availability during mornings, afternoons, cooler seasons and partially cloudy weather. It is therefore the better single-phase option when usable annual solar energy is more important than using the smallest possible panel area.
The published 11.5 kWh nominal battery set is appropriate for controlled residential backup and evening use. It is not sized to operate every high-power household load simultaneously. Essential circuits should be selected before the system is quoted so that inverter power and battery capacity are used where they provide the most value.

Important Technical and Installation Notes
- The larger solar array can cause the inverter to limit brief peak production under ideal conditions. This is normal for an intentionally oversized array and should be considered in the site simulation.
- Backup power must be distributed through an engineered EPS essential-load circuit; it is not unrestricted whole-property backup.
- Confirm whether the EPS board, transfer and isolation arrangement, battery protection and cables, AC cable and distribution-board modifications are included in the commercial scope.
- Backup duration depends on the actual loads and battery settings. High-power heating, cooking, pump and air-conditioning loads require individual assessment.
- The published hardware is for a tile roof. Other installation surfaces require a different mounting design and quotation.
- Complete cold-temperature open-circuit-voltage, MPPT-current and cable-loss calculations before confirming the final string arrangement.
- Electricity export or zero-export operation must comply with the destination utility's rules.
- Verify roof loading, waterproofing, wind and snow conditions, fire access, earthing, lightning protection and AC/DC surge protection.
- The older standalone battery compatibility sheet does not specifically identify the current Uno Hybrid-K 6.0 model. Confirm exact inverter, battery, BMS and meter revisions and the final bill of materials before shipment.
