Universal Grain & Fertilizer Seed Drill A2ZUPO is equipped with a variator, a device that transmits torque and smoothly changes the gear ratio of the seeding unit’s metering rollers within the adjustment range. The variator allows you to abandon the outdated method of adjusting the seeding rate by installing replaceable stars in the seeding unit drive or changing the working length of the metering rollers.

Universal Grain & Fertilizer Seed Drill A2ZUPO is equipped with a double-disc coulter. Double-disc coulters are the most versatile, suitable for different types of soil, options for the quality of its pre-sowing preparation and moisture. The double-disc coulter is well suited for sowing both with classic pre-sowing soil cultivation and on mulch, provides high quality of the seedbed and seed embedment. The offset of the axis of rotation of the disks relative to each other and the presence of scrapers prevent clogging of the coulter and soil sticking.

The coulter discs 350/3 mm are made of high-quality boron-containing steel. Universal Grain & Fertilizer Seed Drill A2ZUPO is equipped with removable partitions between the seed and fertilizer hoppers, which allows to significantly increase the total volume of seed loading into the seeder when working without applying fertilizers.

The seed and fertilizer hoppers are equipped with agitators for mixing seeds directly above the seeding unit rollers, which improves the flow of seeds into the rollers and separates stuck seeds and fertilizers.

Universal planters Universal Grain & Fertilizer Seed Drill A2ZUPO are designed for row sowing of grain seeds such as wheat, rye, barley, oats; legumes such as peas, beans, soybeans, lentils, beans, lupines; small-seeded crops such as rape and mustard; loose and medium-loose grass seeds with simultaneous application of mineral fertilizers.

The planters can be used for sowing seeds of other crops that are close to grain crops in terms of seed size and seeding rates, such as buckwheat, millet, sorghum, etc. The equipment is reliable, easy to use, maintain and repair. The seeders are aggregated with tractors of the traction class 1.4 - 2 metric tons. They are manufactured at a modern facility using high-tech equipment. The service life is more than 7 years. The equipment is certified in accordance with the requirements of the technical regulations of the CE.
