The 6-meter trailed type pneumatic cereal seed drill is one of the largest seed drills produced in Türkiye, with a total seed and fertilizer capacity of 2.5 tons and a working capacity of up to 60 decares per hour.
Thanks to its pneumatic seeding system, it provides precise and uniform seed distribution between the distributor and the seeding units. This technology is widely accepted in cereal farming worldwide, offering high accuracy, fast seeding performance, and reliable operation even after many years of use. The air-assisted system ensures that seeds are delivered smoothly to the seedbed without clogging or seed loss.
This machine is designed to sow both fine and large seeds with a single seeding unit. It can be used for various seed types, from micro seeds such as canola, onion, clover, and tobacco to larger seeds such as chickpeas and peas. It also offers the possibility of sowing mixed seeds. The row spacing can be easily adjusted between 10 cm and 20 cm, providing flexibility for different crops and field conditions.
The machine can be manufactured with double disc, press wheel, hoe-type, or cultivator-type coulter options according to the needs of the farmer. Its strong and practical design makes it suitable for small-horsepower tractors between 110–200 HP, as well as older tractor models.
With its large seed and fertilizer tanks, the machine allows long and uninterrupted operation in the field. The special tank design makes it possible to continue sowing even when a small amount of seed remains inside the hopper. In addition, seed and fertilizer distribution remains stable even on sloped fields.
The tramline system can be set at 18 m or 24 m intervals, allowing spraying and fertilizing operations to be carried out without seeding on tractor wheel tracks. This helps farmers achieve more accurate field applications and reduces crop loss during later field operations.
