Caravan, Boat and Yacht Suitability
Caravan use: Suitable for large caravans and motorhomes with at least the required unobstructed mounting area and greater daily energy demand.
Boat use: Suitable for larger cabin boats requiring increased generation and battery reserve.
Yacht use: The strongest package in the range for yachts and longer stays, provided the vessel can accommodate the published panel area and the system is integrated by a qualified marine electrical professional.
Important Limits
- The published panel area is 5.2 m²; the required installation footprint may be larger after allowing for spacing, cable routing and obstacles.
- Washing-machine and dishwasher use must be checked against real appliance wattage, starting current and the day's complete energy budget.
- A 3,000 W inverter does not mean that 3,000 W can be produced continuously by the 680 Wp solar array.
- Large motor and heating loads require a separate engineering calculation.
Installation and Sales Notes
