Dielectric Safety Mats for Electrical Work Areas – EN 61111 Class 0–4
Electrical Insulating Rubber Mats are designed to provide an additional protective insulation layer for personnel working around electrical panels, switchboards, transformer rooms, substations, control rooms, maintenance zones and other areas where electrical safety is critical. Manufactured from natural and synthetic rubber compounds, these mats help reduce the risk of electrical shock by creating an insulating barrier between the operator and the ground surface.
The product range is suitable for different electrical protection requirements from Class 0 up to Class 4, with AC test voltage levels up to 50 kV according to the class selection. Each meter of the insulating mat is electrically tested during production before delivery, ensuring consistent quality control and reliable performance for industrial, utility, maintenance and project-based applications.
These mats are designed to maintain their insulation properties in wet and humid environments and provide resistance against ageing, ozone, oxygen exposure, open flame, petroleum derivatives and mechanical wear. Their flexible structure allows easy installation in front of electrical equipment, while the surface structure supports safer working conditions in professional electrical areas.
