This package is intended for properties that already have a three-phase supply but do not yet need a 10 kW solar inverter. Twelve 430 Wp modules provide 5.16 kWp of installed solar capacity, creating a close match to the 5 kW Trio Atom inverter. It suits smaller workshops, offices, farms and mixed-use properties where three-phase distribution is required and daytime consumption is reasonably consistent.
The official package also lists a 22 kW three-phase electric vehicle charger. That charger is a separate AC load, not a 22 kW output from the solar array. When it operates above the available solar generation, the balance is supplied by the utility grid; the site's contracted power, main breaker, phase loading and other simultaneous loads therefore need to be checked before the charger is included in the final offer.
For customers who do not require vehicle charging, the package should not be silently relabelled or stripped down. Request a revised bill of materials and quotation that clearly records whether the charger is included or removed.
Suitable Applications
- Small businesses with a three-phase electricity connection
- Workshops, service premises and agricultural buildings
- Offices and mixed-use properties with steady daytime loads
- Sites planning controlled workplace or private vehicle charging
- Projects where battery backup is not required
Why This Package Is Recommended
- The 5.16 kWp array is well matched to the 5 kW inverter.
- It fills a genuine three-phase capacity need below the 10 kW commercial packages.
- It avoids the under-sized 4.30 kWp Small variant.
- The included charger can be useful where the grid connection is strong enough and charging is genuinely required.

Important Technical and Installation Notes
- The 22 kW charger can demand substantially more power than the 5 kW solar inverter supplies. Full-power charging requires adequate utility capacity or an engineered dynamic-load-management limit; solar power alone does not provide 22 kW charging from this package.
- Confirm that the customer actually wants the charger. If not, obtain a revised official bill of materials and price rather than deleting an item informally from the published package.
- The charger circuit, AC cable, breaker, residual-current protection, surge protection, isolation, earthing, communications, charging cable or socket version and installation labour are not shown as a complete charger installation kit on the package page. Define them in the quotation.
- The package page lists an Uno Smart Meter, while the Trio Atom technical sheet refers to a Trio Smart Meter option. Confirm the exact three-phase meter, current-transformer arrangement, communications and zero-export compatibility.
- This is an on-grid, battery-free system. It shuts down during a utility outage and does not supply backup loads.
- Complete phase, grid-code, cold-temperature voltage, MPPT-current, string-layout and cable-loss calculations before installation.
- Export or zero-export operation requires local utility approval and correct commissioning; the listed meter does not replace authority requirements.
- The mounting set is designed around a tile-roof reference. Other roofs require structural review and a different mounting bill of materials.
- Confirm roof loading, waterproofing, wind and snow conditions, fire access, earthing, lightning protection, AC/DC surge protection, isolators and main-board capacity.
- The cable quantities are published as 20 with the unit Piece; confirm actual linear metres and final routes before shipment.
