SPI Series 2.2-15 kW ABS Plastic Case Irrigation Inverters
TommaTech SPI Series ABS Plastic Case irrigation inverters provide a compact route into solar-powered agricultural pumping. The selected family starts with a 2.2 kW single-phase configuration for 230 V systems and continues with six three-phase models up to 15 kW.
The range uses MPPT control to match pump operation to available PV power and supports AC input for properly designed grid-assisted operation. Water-level control, weak-light sleep and automatic wake-up functions help adapt the drive to practical irrigation conditions. The multi-function keypad provides local operation and parameter adjustment.
The official category assigns different DC classes within this family. SPI-TT-2.2-MF is the 450 VDC single-phase model; SPI-TT-2.2-TF, SPI-TT-4.0-TF and SPI-TT-5.5-TF are listed as 900 VDC models; SPI-TT-7.5-TF, SPI-TT-11.0-TF and SPI-TT-15.0-TF are listed as 1000 VDC models. These voltage attributes must remain visible in the CMS.

Model Selection Guidance
Use SPI-TT-2.2-MF only for the single-phase 230 V route and -TF models for three-phase 400 V pumps. Select by compatible motor power and rated output current. A 2.2 kW inverter is officially paired with a 1.5 kW motor in both MF and TF configurations, while the 15 kW inverter is paired with an 11 kW motor. Confirm whether the project requires the official 900 VDC or 1000 VDC variant before string design or quotation.
Essential Shared Specifications
- The MF configuration accepts 220 V (-15%) to 240 V (+10%) single-phase AC input.
- The TF configurations accept 380 V (-15%) to 440 V (+10%) three-phase AC input.
- Standard protection level: IP20; indoor installation is required unless the inverter is placed inside an appropriately engineered outdoor cabinet.
- Manual operating conditions: -10°C to +50°C, derating above 40°C, RH up to 90% without condensation and altitude below 1,000 m without derating.
- Control functions include MPPT operation, PV/mains input selection logic, high- and low-water-level inputs, weak-light sleep/wake control and pump-state monitoring.
- Protection and diagnostic functions include phase-loss settings, PV overvoltage/undervoltage monitoring, motor and inverter overload alarms and fault history.
Editorial Source Notes
- The official 900 VDC and 1000 VDC sheets contain some of the same SPI-TT-...-TF codes. The DC class used above follows the product button shown in the current official CW Enerji category.
- The 1000 VDC sheet includes additional powers, but only 7.5 kW, 11 kW and 15 kW are displayed as 1000 VDC products in this category and are retained here.
- The unlisted 1.5 kW configurations in the technical sheet are not included because they are not offered as product buttons on the current category page.
