Modular Galvanized Ground-Mount Solar Structures
This galvanized ground-mounting range is built around a modular 2x3 main structure. Support and purlin extension modules allow the same two-row portrait arrangement to be expanded for larger solar arrays without creating a separate product family for every panel quantity.
CW Enerji currently publishes twelve configurations covering 6 to 66 panels. They can therefore be presented as one configurable product: the customer selects the required panel capacity, while the final structure, foundations and component quantities are confirmed against the actual module dimensions and project conditions.
The system is suitable for ground-mounted photovoltaic installations where a fixed, organised support structure is required. Galvanized structural members, panel clamps, connecting parts and fasteners form the mounting assembly; the final supply scope depends on the selected configuration and approved project design.
Main Advantages
- One modular family covering small and medium-sized ground-mounted arrays
- Two-row portrait panel arrangement
- Published configurations from 6 to 66 panels
- Expandable main-module, support-module and purlin-module architecture
- Galvanized structural construction for outdoor PV applications
- Predefined mounting components reduce unnecessary on-site fabrication
- Suitable for residential, agricultural, commercial and small solar-field projects
- Capacity can be selected without treating every panel quantity as a separate product
System Architecture
- Main module: AY-GA-DZ-2X3-ANA
- Support extension: AY-GA-DZ-2X3-DESTEK
- Purlin extension: AY-GA-DZ-2X3-ASIK
- Panel arrangement: Two rows, portrait orientation
- Reference inclination in the linked technical document: 25 degrees
- Main 2x3 table reference length: 3,200 mm
- Fastening arrangement: Panel clamps, connection plates, M8/M10 fasteners and anchors according to configuration
- Foundation: Project-specific; the ballast details in the linked document are illustrative only
Intended Applications
- Ground-mounted residential solar systems
- Farms and agricultural facilities
- Commercial and industrial self-consumption projects
- Small and medium-sized solar fields
- Open land where roof installation is unsuitable or insufficient
- Modular projects that may require different table lengths within the same site
Important Engineering and Supply Notes
Panel count alone is not enough to select or price the structure. Solar-module dimensions, weight and approved clamp zones must be checked because products with the same nominal power can have substantially different frame sizes.
The 25-degree inclination and structural dimensions shown in the linked technical document are reference values, not a universal design for every country or site. Wind, snow, seismic, soil and corrosion conditions may require different profiles, bracing, anchors, foundations or spacing.
The technical document shows example concrete ballast dimensions for C25 concrete but explicitly treats them as representative and does not provide a load-bearing guarantee. Foundation and anchoring must be designed for the actual ground conditions and calculated project loads.
The live CW Enerji category includes a 2x16 / 32-panel option, while the linked modular selection table moves from 2x15 directly to 2x18. Dimensions, support quantities and extension-module quantities for the 2x16 version must therefore be confirmed by the manufacturer before quotation.
The technical document also illustrates modular configurations larger than 2x33, but the current CW Enerji product category stops at 2x33 / 66 panels. Larger configurations should be offered only as custom project options after written technical confirmation, not advertised as current standard products.
Information Required Before Quotation
Please share the following information so the correct structure and supply scope can be confirmed:
- Destination country and project location or coordinates
- Required number of structures and total number of solar panels
- Preferred 2xN configuration, if already determined
- Solar-panel manufacturer, complete model code and technical datasheet
- Module dimensions, weight, frame thickness and approved clamp zones
- Site layout, available area, orientation, ground slope and row-spacing requirement
- Basic wind speed, snow load, altitude and applicable structural design standard
- Soil or geotechnical information and preferred foundation/anchoring method
- Environmental corrosivity conditions, especially coastal, industrial or high-humidity exposure
- Required inclination angle, if different from the 25-degree reference design
- Required supply scope: structure only, clamps and fasteners, anchors, foundation components or complete mounting package
- Delivery address or destination port and requested documentation/certification
