Make Your Roof Work for You: The Benefits of On-Grid Solar
Turn available roof space into useful daytime electricity and reduce the amount of power your home or business needs to buy from the grid.

Give your roof a useful second job: producing electricity while your home or business is using it. On-grid solar can reduce daytime electricity purchases while you keep your utility connection.
Where could it help you most?
| Your property | A useful daytime opportunity |
|---|---|
| A home | Use available solar for selected daytime household appliances. |
| A shop or office | Match generation with opening hours, lighting, computers and other regular loads. |
| A workshop, farm building or business | Assess daytime equipment demand against suitable roof space. |
The more of your generation you can use at the property, the more relevant the self-consumption opportunity becomes. We use your bill and operating hours to assess that opportunity; a fixed saving percentage would not describe every customer.
How does the grid fit into the picture?
Imagine the property using 8 kW while solar supplies 5 kW at that moment. The available grid can provide the other 3 kW. This is why an on-grid solar inverter does not have to match every appliance in the building as if it were operating independently.
A standard on-grid system stops during a grid outage. If outage support is a priority, compare a suitable hybrid package with defined backup circuits. Exporting surplus energy depends on the local utility arrangements.
The products behind a rooftop solution
Combine A2Z TOPCon panels with a suitable TommaTech inverter: Uno Home N for single-phase roofs, or Trio Inova and larger Trio families for three-phase applications. A complete offer also defines mounting equipment, protection, cabling and the agreed supply scope.
What could a first panel comparison look like?
Ten 600 W modules total 6 kWp of rated panel capacity; twenty total 12 kWp. We then check the layout and exact inverter inputs. These are capacity examples, not a production forecast or a ready-made connection arrangement.
Send your roof photos, country and a recent bill. If you are an installer or distributor, include the required quantity and preferred equipment so we can focus the quotation.
