Hydraulic Reversible Plate Compactor GX390 engine
The A2ZBH70 Hydraulic Reversible Plate Compactor is a heavy-duty compaction solution developed for professional users who need approximately 6 to 6.5 tons of compaction force in demanding ground compaction applications. Designed for strength, control, and long-term durability, this model is ideal for users who require powerful performance together with excellent maneuverability.
Powered by a Honda petrol engine, the A2ZBH70 delivers reliable operation, easy starting, and long service life. Thanks to its hydraulic forward and reverse travel system, the machine offers high maneuverability and allows the operator to work more efficiently in different site conditions. Compared to standard forward plate compactors, this reversible system provides better control, easier direction changes, and more productive performance on larger or more challenging work areas.
The machine is also equipped with an oil sensor and an hour meter. The oil sensor helps protect the engine by stopping it automatically when the oil level becomes too low, while the hour meter makes it easier to monitor working time and follow maintenance intervals such as oil changes and routine servicing.
Product Overview
The A2ZBH70 is designed for compacting soil, sand, gravel, crushed stone, and similar surface materials in demanding construction environments. It is especially suitable for garden and landscaping works, ground preparation for construction foundations, and other professional applications requiring stronger and deeper compaction performance.
With its powerful vibration capability, the A2ZBH70 can be used in applications requiring compaction depth up to approximately 90 cm, depending on ground conditions and material structure. This makes it a suitable solution for operators who need more than standard surface compaction and require deeper ground stabilization for heavy-duty projects.
As a hydraulic reversible plate compactor, the machine can move both forward and backward, which gives the operator greater flexibility and better machine handling during operation. This feature is particularly useful on larger surfaces, confined work areas, and projects where repeated directional control is necessary.

Where It Can Be Used
The A2ZBH70 is suitable for:
Garden and landscaping projects
Construction foundation preparation
Soil and gravel compaction
Trench and infrastructure backfilling
Road base and sub-base preparation
Surface preparation on construction sites
Large area ground stabilization works
Applications requiring deeper compaction performance
Heavy-duty compaction works up to approximately 90 cm depth
Important Operating Notes
Before operating the machine, always check the fuel and engine oil levels. Use the correct engine oil and ensure the oil level is sufficient before starting. Although the oil sensor provides additional engine protection, regular manual inspection before each use is still essential.
After starting the engine, allow it to warm up briefly before beginning work. During operation, the machine’s hydraulic forward and reverse control system should be used smoothly to guide the compactor effectively. The operator should allow the machine and vibration system to perform the compaction naturally rather than forcing unnecessary movement.
Because this model is intended for stronger and deeper compaction applications, the operator should always pay attention to ground conditions, work direction, and site safety during operation.
Maintenance Recommendations
For long service life and consistent performance, the A2ZBH70 should be cleaned after each use. Soil, stones, dust, and jobsite residue should be removed from the lower plate area and surrounding components.
The air filter should be cleaned regularly, especially after work in dusty environments. Bolts, nuts, engine oil level, hydraulic components, and the general condition of the machine should also be checked periodically.
The hour meter helps the operator track maintenance intervals more accurately, including oil changes and routine service timing. Regular maintenance helps extend machine life, improve reliability, and reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns.
Safety Recommendations
Operators should always wear proper personal protective equipment such as work shoes, gloves, hearing protection, and a safety helmet. The machine should only be used on suitable and stable surfaces.
Before each use, make sure all machine parts are securely fixed and that the hydraulic control system is functioning properly. Extra care should be taken when working on uneven surfaces, in confined spaces, or in heavy-duty foundation preparation areas.
Conclusion
The A2ZBH70 Hydraulic Reversible Plate Compactor is a powerful and practical solution for professionals who need a high-performance compaction machine with approximately 6 to 6.5 tons of compaction force. With its Honda engine, hydraulic forward-reverse system, oil sensor, hour meter, and suitability for applications up to 90 cm compaction depth, it offers an excellent combination of power, maneuverability, durability, and ease of operation for demanding construction and landscaping projects.
